All parcels are sent out using a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being sent out.

Orders in the USA (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) and Canada are sent from our depots in Tennessee and Salt Lake City.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are sent by USPS Priority
Expected delvery time: 5 - 10 working days
USPS International
Expected delivery time to Canada: 5 - 10 working days
Orders made before 2pm EST will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 2pm EST will be sent out the next day.
Orders going outside of the USA, UK and Europe will be sent from our depot in England, United Kingdom.
